Came to visit a friend in NGH arrived at 9.45 at 11.45 still hadn't found anywhere to park. Must have tried every carpark on site no joy. Our friend is in the spinal unit where there is a carpark in front so thought sit and wait after waiting 45 minutes and not one person came out,a parking warden came checking cars and said it's a nightmare as most of the spaces are taken by staff that shouldn't be parking there. So frustrating as we had travelled over 30 miles to see a friend and we couldn't park. Please please sort this out, if this what regular visitors have to deal with it's horrific.

My GP arranged for me to have an ultrasound here and it couldn't have been a better experience under the circumstances. There was a 10 minute waiting time and two scans took about 10-15 minutes. Leanna and Julie could not have been any nicer - both so calm, patient and understanding. A huge thanks to them both.
