I have had a very disappointing experience with Northern Gas . I am an elderly person in 80s with multiple heath issues and balance problem unable to climb stairs and ladder. meter is very high which can't be reached without ladder which I can't do. I tried to ring many times but the line goes silent. They have a duty of care to alter poition for free

Northern gas actually have quite a good customer service, but despite that they are full of false promises & some of the sub contractors they employ are very aggressive & violent. They think they are entitled to do what they want, when they want on peoples properties. A police incident was filed, after one of the contractors threatened & assaulted me on my own property.
