Northern Ark Nursery. Located on the West Road out from Longhorsley, this small, family run nursery is very easy to miss. With friendly owners, they specialise in a range of truly hardy perennials, all grown locally. My green fingered missus loved it here and I ended up with a boot full of plants !!

Fabulously healthy plants at reasonable prices. Lots of bee and butterfly supporting perennials (as evident from my photographs) almost every sort of herb you can think of. Very friendly staff too. If you can't make it here get to their stall at Morpeth Farmers Market.
