I used Sean to provide me with an Identify Compass profile as well as for coaching and I can highly recommend him for both. Sean’s expert feedback from my Identify Compass profile made me realise how much I am neglecting my own well being and putting other before myself, and helped me to understand the detriment that this can have in the long run. It helped me to define who I am now, and think about who I want to be in 3-5 years time (and what I need to do to make the change). Through his patient coaching, Sean has helped me to see the bigger picture, and as a result I no longer immediately jump at the demands of others, but think situations through more and what needs to be done to achieve an outcome instead. Even though this is uncomfortable, I am already reaping the benefits.
