Asked if I could try out one of the guitars (with intent to purchase), owner arrogantly assumed I was only there for a laugh and sarcastically commented ‘well if you’re not buying, no playing’. Guy needs sorting out if they’re planning on selling any guitars. Customer lost.

me and my friend walked into the shop (bear in mind we do both play guitar even though we look young) and we look around the shop for around 5 minutes, until my friend picked up one of the acoustics, just to have a look and not play it. the shop owner told us "If you aren't going to buy anything then put it back and get out, you should have asked to pick it up, but even if you did ask I would've said no anyway" very disappointing would not recommend.

Upon entering, we examined a few guitars and picked one up. Immediately after we were told that we were impolite and we should have asked to hold one, he said "even if you did ask I would've said no". Then we were asked to leave. I don't understand how you are not able to hold a guitar in a guitar shop. Other people have had this problem on the page, however good selection of guitars and I went 6 months prior and bought some picks, staff were fairly warm.

I was interested in buying a guitar, but the owner did not let me test out the different acoustics to see which one I liked. I recommend going somewhere else. Very disappointing experience.
