    I was shocked to learn that the only real way to get an appointment here is to show up at the surgery in person before 8am and wait in a long queue to try and get an appointment before they are all gone. This is just to get a telephone consultation with a doctor. I have waited 45 minutes on the phone to speak to someone before and I heard the receptionist advising people that the only way to get an appointment is to come first thing in the morning, so this is obviously an accepted practice. I’ve seen disabled people and older people struggling to wait in such a long queue (up to 30 mins) because of the time they have to spend standing, and it’s also dangerous to have such a large number of potentially infectious people gathered in a small space that’s meant to be a waiting area, when they could have just called. A really poorly managed practice.

    Asked why nurse could not do a routine FBC when I complained of extreme tiredness. After complaint told it is not allowed for twelve month review for BP. Obviously not read my records. This is just a bog standard test always done but obviously cutting costs and patients health not important. Being a blood cancer patient I know the importance of this test and have had to make arrangements to have this blood test elsewhere. So uncaring staff

    Extremely unhelpful especially the receptionist. Couldn’t even give us clear directions to the waiting area. Waited for 30 min and got told that I had now missed my appointment after being 20 min early to my appointment and I should have gone through the double doors and been waiting at a different waiting room. I was sitting in front of the receptionist why did she not let me know? Extremely confusing and frustrating.

    If I could I will give 0. Ridiculous place, first you can’t make appointment because the line is always off. When I finally manage to make one turns out that I am not longer at this GP and my appointment was cancelled. The appointment was for blood test requested by doctor. Now I left without GP and unable to make a blood test. No one even inform me about that. Same situation with my partner who will possibly not even know that is no longer with that GP if not my cancelled appointment. Waste of time, I was advice to register once again with them. Formal complaint will be issued. No thank you, avoid this place, very unprofessional.

    It can take forever to get through on the phone first thing in the morning, but the receptionists aren't to blame for that when they've got tens of people trying to get through at the same time. If I've ever had a query about something, the receptionists have been helpful and informative. However, trying to book a routine appointment is just a pain and I don't think I ever successfully did.

    The worst doctors I’ve ever been too I’ve had a skin infection for over 6 months and all they keep fobbing me off with is dermal cream I rang today at 8:01 and already the appointments for the whole day have been taken
