Dreadful experience. He knowingly took on a job that was too big for him but he assured me he could do it. He kept asking for money up front and then added nearly £1000 to the original quote. I was so shocked. I asked why it was more but he said " I didn't give you a written quote" I'm still getting workmen to sort out his mess as he won't come back. Don't use this builder as I'm still trying to sort out his mess three months on.
