lucky to get 1 star as very poor careless doctors as me and a friend was in pain on a walking stick with back injuries, and so the doctors which we had turned us mainly away and said cant give you this or that to help the pain let us suffer badly going to look into this more

The doctor gave me the wrong medication which could have been detrimental if I didn’t notice it. Then i rebooked an appointment to change this and then received a text telling me I had already received the correct medication so they then cancelled my appointment and I had to argue with the reception staff for them to finally understand and agree with me. They left me waiting so long in the surgery to change my prescription which made me late for work and I am really angry. Absolutely terrible service from the doctors and reception.

THE WORST NHS GP SURGERY!!! Putting people at risk. Incapable surgery, with an incapable system with incapable receptionists that are heartless and lack compassion and take chances with children. The whole computer system is a complete and utter joke, it doesn't work it's outdated and stupid. Adding Mrs Viv Smith.... You really need to get rid of her made me feel extremely uncomfortable and did not listen she is very rude, arrogant and not a nice woman she is certainly not capable of ever being a doctor or nurse or a human being, Get rid she is Toxic!!! Anyone with an appointment with her I advise you to cancel and see someone else, she has an extreme judgement of people, doesn't listen to you and certainly doesn't like giving out anything prescription wise. Got the impression she doesn't like men either...

Having had countless medical appointments and procedures over the years for conditions and seeing all sorts of professionals- I was SO impressed with my nurse and her empathy and understanding last appointment so had. I've had no issue with getting appointments, and have had everything run really smoothly since moving here and changing Northdown to my GP. Huge recommendation for seeing nurse Julie, she's wonderful.

whenever I come with my wife, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, and she has a very cold, cough and cold, they always tell her that she is fine, even though they see that she is not well, instead of putting her on antibiotics, they send her home saying that she has a lot of fluids and taking paracetamol., when I answer them with a logical question that I am not a teenager, that is how I came before I made an appointment, so she immediately objected that I should not be rude and starts to behave as if I was very rude so that she could use it against me, so every time we go home humiliated and in the evening I go to the emergency room, where we spend four hours but in the end we get the antibiotics. The emergency doctor wonders why we didn't go to the GP.. when I told him the whole story, he wondered what kind of doctor he didn't recognize that he needed antibiotics...I don't understand what they are talking about???? they let a person suffer on purpose and make him hopeless, because who else but a GP should help you and that's not even a doctor but some experienced nurse.
