The company advertises free delivery within 48 hours if the order is over £100. I placed the order online on Saturday, today is Thursday and no sign of a delivery. I contacted the company and they blame Royal Mail. Very disappointing, they have lost a good customer. Don't promise one thing and do another. Poor service. The company actually made good and replaced the missing order with an overnight delivery. Much appreciated, thank you.
