My husband goes to this place they never do his medication on time. He suffers from mental health so all he gets is a telephone call from his doctor because of covid. Asks for a perscription and it is never done.Having to phone all the time for medication.Then when you phone to see if it is done his doctor has either left the building or gone on annual leave.This service is no good to people who suffer with mental health.when you live with someone with mental health it is hard especially when they are not giving you your medication on time.🤬🤬

I have borderline unstable personality disorder, I have been with northcroft for 2 and a half years and they have done NOTHING to help me. I get a 30 min call with the most useless psychiatrist I've ever had every 6 months. No therapy, no councilng, no evaluations. They are playing with people's lives and they don't care. All they do is dish out medication and leave you to get on with things yourself.
