We have a lovely Northbound puppy, Bobby, who has been with us for a couple of months now. Johanne prepared us very well before we brought Bobbby home with lots of information and advice. Her no-nonsense advice meant we were confident to use the crate from Day 1, leave puppy alone for short times and let him off lead from very early on, when safe! He was well on the way to being toilet trained when we brought him home at 8 weeks. Having and training a puppy is hard work but I have felt very well prepared and supported by Johanne. She obviously cares a great deal for her dogs and her puppies. Bobby is a real delight.

We chose a Northbound Labradoodle as Johanne was so experienced and really cared about her dogs and who they were going to. I was very impressed by her breeding knowledge and how she chooses her breeding pairs. We needed to wait for the right time due to personal circumstances and Johanne was great at helping us do this. We now have a gorgeous puppy and are amazed at how quickly she has settled in. Johanne gave us lots of information and practical help from the start of the process of puppy choosing, through collection and she remains happy to be consulted when we need advice. We can’t wait to see how our lovely puppy grows up but having seen her parents and grandparents we know she will be perfect!

As well as loving our puppy and being so happy with the quality of his breed, Johanne adds so much more value to bringing a dog to your life with her incredible preparation process and 24/7 after care. We were so lucky to have a puppy already well trained in his crate and toileting, plus all the training and maintenance tips. For us, the confidence and knowledge we've gained from Johanne has been invaluable and it's helped us manage expectations and the hard work required to make sure our dog is happy and fitting into our life. I cannot recommend Johanne highly enough. Trustworthy, informative, helpful both before and after you bring your pup home. Stand out for me though is how much Johanne cares about where her puppies go. She brings her puppies into the world and loves and cares for them from the minute they are born, and that never stops. She has a wealth of experience and is always available with advice whenever you need it. Her dogs have fabulous temperaments which she understands so she places the right pup with the right family. Her dogs are so fantastic the only cautionary note I would give is that you won’t want to stop at one!!
