Approached Ross at Hale House after suffering a Facet Lock in neck vertebrae. This extraordinarily painful condition was vastly improved with treatments and the pain becomes ever less noticeable. I found the service professional, well priced and all of the staff welcoming and friendly. I would unhesitatingly recommend Hale House.

After a chance conversation with Ross and reading about his training and qualifications I booked a one hour consultation with him. For several years I have had a stiffness in my thighs and a aching knee joint. Tbh I thought it was probably wear and tear and part of the ageing process. Was also nervous that surgery might be the only option (with no guarantee of success). Ross is a nice friendly,polite guy who takes the time and trouble to ask the right questions, unlike some medical people he is a good and sympathetic listener. He suggested spending 5 minutes every day using massage oil on each thigh and some stretching exercises. The next morning I woke up, to my astonishment, no pain or stiffness, sometimes after a long walk or sitting to long it does come back, but much less and stretching usually gets rid of it. Ross didn't press me to book a follow up appointment (come back if you need to he said).Or try sell me an expensive massage oil (said any massage oil would do, coconut which I have was ok he said) Money well spent!
