An excellent service from across departments. Having recently moved from Sheffield to Romanby the gulf of difference between NYCC and SCC is vast. You have immediate access to services and decision makers are more readily available. Staff take ownership of the issues you present with a feeling that they genuinely care. I have nothing but praise for the services provided across all the departments I have dealt with - a true asset to the region.

Just had to reapply for a blue badge for my mother as the old one is now out of date. I was told that due to changes I now had to reapply as if it were for a new application. I did so, expecting a long process, but was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use of the site and how quickly the new badge got to her -under a week. It is not often you can say this to an administrative body, but well done.
