If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely disgusting behaviour/policy towards us having a boxer and a French bulldog. Conversation on booking was going fine, was happy to let us book with having 3 dogs, until he asked what breed of dog we have and decided that they were too big. When prompted on what dogs were suitable we were told the problem was that it was a bank holiday and it’s busy and having three large dogs would be a problem (didn’t stop to ask what size they were, one is a puppy and French bulldogs are hardly big…!). Such a shame as the place looks lovely but this short sighted behaviour towards different breeds is disgusting

Basic facilities, but for those wanting peace and quiet and to get away from busy life, its great...we went on a walk and foraged blackberries, sloes and elderberries all grown in hedgerows with no pollution... Great little site and friendly owners.

Wonderful campsite , it’s spacious and peaceful. It’s a long walk to the pub but you feel like you deserve a pint or two.
