NWW fitted a bifold door for us last year. Sadly they fitted the door with a damaged seal, they have tried a few times to fix it. On their last visit they said they would need to get the doors manufacturer (Warm Core) out to sort the seal out but sadly that’s the last we heard from them, that’s was about a year ago. Great bifold even with the damaged seal but poor after service. update.. there was a humming sound from the window when the wind was blowing. turns out they have not even used foam to fill the void between the frame and wall!! they just stuck the trim over the gaps. I'm now going to have to get it sorted out. I always use local trades when I can but sadly NWW have let me down big time. There's loads of window company's out there that want your business. Shop wisely and just avoid NWW
