My experience with Northwest Roofers doing extensive chimney repair and maintenance has been the best roofing experience we have had in 14 years of home ownership. Shaun is the owner of the company, he comes to your residence, puts a drone up over your roof so both you and he get a birdseye view of any potential trouble spots and work that needs to be done. He gives a straight forward quote. The team of men he sent Chris and Shane, where exceptionally courteous, informative, answering all of my questions, and by large and far, they left the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. The final day, they cleaned up everything very well, and I needed to do very little. Because of the very cold January temperatures, the men had to constantly battle heavy frost on the roof. They would basically work with the sun, but even then they found themselves having to work on the frosty side of the roof. They did not let that phase them, they got on with the job. Shaun was on site on the start morning to make sure that everyone knew what work had been contracted, and on site at the end to make sure the work was carried out at his expected standard. Hats off to both Chris and Shane, as they came across more than one nasty surprise along the way and the job really turned into an undertaking. So pleased with every aspect of this journey. I would strongly recommend Northwest Roofers to anyone looking for a quality job!

Highly recommend! North West Roofers were polite, courteous, tidy and professional from start to finish. After a leak in our chimney we contacted Shaun for help. He came out quickly and used the drone to fully inspect the chimney. After reviewing this footage it was apparent the chimney needed a lot of repairing. We instructed Shaun to replace the lead work, re-point and cap it and replace any broken tiles. Shaun offered a fair price and the work was completed in two days. We were very happy with the results as Shaun showed us the before, during and after pictures throughout the repair, which clearly showed us the work had needed doing for some time! They even repaired a broken gutter that was discovered up there too. Shaun fully explained the repair, materials used and advised thoroughly throughout, which is rare to find nowadays and really gives the customer peace of mind. All the work was guaranteed and we can’t recommend North West Roofers enough! We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Service: Roof repair
