    I have a electric wheelchair that I received from the NHS & on the 5th of April 2023 the wheelchair stopped working I have contacted ajm and they sent a engineer who came on the 18th of April 2023 who told me that the wheelchair needed 2 new motors 2 new batteries and 2 new cables on May the 23rd the engineer came to repair the motors and then the engineer said the wheelchair to have the joystick replaced I

    Our Granddaughter who is studying at Wembley UCFB and totally dependant on her electric wheelchair has had to use the repair services of AJM recently and found the staff to be courteous and helpful though the intermittent fault wasn’t repaired on the first occasion the chair was eventually replaced. The engineers worked out of hours to get the replacement chair back to her. Thank you to all the staff at Abbey road ,who were involved

    Shoddy and embarrassing! I could write pages on the treatment, non-communicative, utterly unprofessional and unbelievable treatment from this company, consistently. I feel so bad for wheelchair bound persons, including my own kin. They must be left frustrated with despair and worry when their wheelchairs are not functioning and awaiting help and assistance from AJM. Months, months of waiting. It’s deplorable! Wheelchairs are peoples’ legs, they need to get from A to B. This company is uncaring unsympathetic and without empathy. I am embarrassed at their actions. I’m stunned! I can’t make the company work and people are left at their mercy. Very sad! They should be ashamed but they don’t care

    AJM's service is absolutely appalling. Unless you chase them, nothings gets done. And even when you do chase them it can take weeks and months before they sort anything out. I have lost count of how many times I've been told that someone would call me back and then not receive any calls. It's by far the worst service I have ever seen!

    Rude unhelpful administrator named Teresa answered the phone. Asked for my nans date of birth 7 times! Absolutely incompetent service. Teresa needs training on customer care. She has a argumentative attitude. I am told the call was recorded so hope it is listened to and action taken. No wonder you have a 2.5 star review when your front of house staff are unprofessional and couldn’t care about your referrals. I have no doubt you will soon lose your NHS contract.
