    Chose a gas cooker they delivered it 2 hours later, fitted it and took my old one away. Unfortunately we noticed that it did not have the correct handle for the grill pan. Took it back toshop told they would sort it out 2 hours later got a call will drop off a new one. Fantastic service would defo recommend.

    A driver employed by this company in a company van has hit my car. In order to hit my car on the back end and drivers side, I was clearly within view (driving a medium 4x4 sized vehicle so I would've been visible). He's gone into me, didn't take any of my details at all, no pictures, didn't ask my name or insurance details all he said was 'insurance will take care of it'. Considering this man will not feel the effects as he's insured via this business, I'm actually disgusted that after messages/images/descriptions sent to the owner who is more responsible given he's the policy owner - has not responded and has taken a no fault route. They left with virtually no damage as it was a huge van, my car requires extensive body work due to them going into and nailing me in (I had to climb out via passenger side). Make sure your drivers are competent in future and check their mirrors when driving such huge and dangerous vehicles. That's my route home which I've been driving 15 years!! Never involved in an accident ever - be ashamed of the impact this has had on my finances.
