Over 2 hrs waiting for ambulance for 91 year old. Not ambulance service fault too much demand for overstretched service. Paramedics polite and helpful, very frustrating situation though.

You really have to be a special kind of person to be in the emergency service and even more so now. So a huge thank you, to you all and especially to the 2 paramedics who help a friend of mine who suffers with mental health problems and needed hospital treatment. 🌈

I had a serious work accident which involved a tromatic head injury also a broken back on the 31/08/2010. I would like to say a huge thank you. If possible i would like to meet the paramedics who treated me and took me to the hospital, I later got told after being in a coma for a month that i had 10 minutes to live. If it wasn't for the the response and help from the paramedics who helped me i wouldn't be here.

I unfortunately stopped breathing due to a cocktail of drugs and certainly wouldn't be here without the help I have received from the paramedics stationed at bury. I also had a heart attack I 2013 and they had me at Manchester Royal in no time. Me and my family are so grateful for very professional and very well trained paramedics. Thanks from Stephen Horrocks and family..

I was alone having severe dyapram pain going into my chest. I called 999 ambulance service and I spoke to a lady who stayed on the phone with me the entire time until the ambulance arrived. I'm gutted that I didn't get her name but she was amazing. Thank you
