After paying every month by direct debit for my dogs worming and flea medicines I was asked to bring him in. I totally understand but have not been asked that since December 2021. I explained that as I have paid for it, can I have this month's as he has run out. I have so far been kept waiting for 30 minutes as the receptionist has said I must wait to speak to someone else. If I had been told previously, by phone text or email BEFORE taking my money, there would be no concerns. If you change the requirements, you should ensure you're customers are aware. Additionally, I phoned the day before asking if I can pick up the medication and was told nothing of this. I've turned up and am still waiting. Now 35 minutes. After waiting for almost an hour, I have been told he cannot have the medication. They did not wait for an hour to take my money! A total waste of my time. I would recommend you go somewhere else!

100% recommend. We came here on recommendation from other people even though it is not the closest to us. Easy to register and book in via phone call to lovely receptionist, we were seen on time and the vet we saw for his pre-op check was so lovely, she was attentive, informative, friendly, thorough with doing all his checks and so so lovely with my cat, very caring and I felt happy to leave him there (he was in for castration, microchipping and first lot of injections). On pick up again the service was lovely from being greeted when we got there to being given all the information we needed about his op, aftercare, information etc which is done in a separate private room. Really lovely vets. I really recommend them (and most importantly my cat is doing really well after his op! 😻).

As usual Catherine was excellent Explaining everything when I needed advice on Alfie being nervous of travelling and prescribed medication that has helped him on a long journey. Alfie has had he's condition for a number of years and Catherine has alway's had he's best interest at heart and I think Alfie is here today because of her care. The whole team at North Weald have alway's been kind and caring.
