The customer service need to improve. Not enough manpower to take of visitors. It will deter the customer to confirm orders. However, the site includes large variety of shed models for better presentation to customers. The price is not very competitive.

Absolutely rubbish - I only selected one star because I had to. Bunch of cowboys. Shed is flimsy & barely fit for purpose. Do not use this firm at all costs John is passive aggressive & wasn’t interested in snagging the myriad of issues. Hopefully karma will prevail on this bloke.

I found the place at a quick internet search for services in the area, regarding sheds and summer houses. When i arrived at North Street Sheds, the team came across, very welcoming, courteous, polite, professional and understood my needs. I felt so comfortable with everyone at North Street Sheds and not at unease. Also a big shout out to the all the staff, who are always remaining professional but also can have a laugh. I feel the service is more tailored as a friend from the individuals. I now use North Street Sheds for anything relating to my garden or anything else they can do for me. In particular, I was impressed by North Street Sheds, as the team went above and beyond out of their way to help me. Purchased a 16 x 8 in December 2021 guttering is sagging in the middle. Leaks in every corner also windows and doors They prepared base for 400 with just a few blocks of wood some of which was wood that belonged to us. Will not answer texts now and also have blocked us costing us a fortune to repair. In hindsight wish we had never bought from them.

Shed leaked, they came back twice still leaks, would not recommend them. The first fitters did a bad job , the second fitters were pleasant and tried hard to patch it up but it still leaked then the two that came first came again put half a tin of bitumen sealer on the joints and it leaked just as bad .still leaks just got worse !!

Just had a shed erected. The very next day it rained, the shed leaked in every corner. Have tried to contact the company by phone and e mail but they do not respond. Regretting my purchase already and it is not a week old yet. Maybe I have been unlucky but what about the 10 year guarantee. On top of that I have received no invoice, payment receipt or paperwork of any kind. Since writing this review North Street Sheds have sent someone to seal the shed and this seems to have worked. I have found John very helpful since I had the initial problem.
