North Star cleaning was assigned to resolve a burn mark on our carpet following the installation of a new fireplace. We were desperate to have this fixed as the burn mark was located in the middle of our living room space which had recently been decorated. Previous to North Star's visit, the burn mark remained even after the carpet was professionally cleaned. As a result, we were not optimistic of a resolution. However, it took North Star just an hour of delicate craftsmanship on our carpet floor to make the burn mark disappear. Gary from North Star was polite, helpful and friendly throughout our communications leading up to and during the visit. I would not hesitate to use North Star again in the near future and would highly recommend them. The before and after photos speak for themselves. Thanks again, Gary and North Star. Amazing job!
