    I went this morning 27/07/2022 to buy pair of loafers for on coming event. I must say that male staff member was very rude and completely ignored me I felt that I have been neglected . probably he is having a bad day however I shouldn't deserve a service like that because it's not acceptable at all ( As I work in Service industry). I walked away and got £120 worth of loafers from Ted Baker. service level was day and night different.
