Great dealership, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. And will bend over backwards to provide you with as much information as you need. Unfortunately there is still a long wait on new cars, but that's not the dealerships fault, that's with production of all cars at the moment. We will be very happy with our car when we receive it in a few weeks time.

Have had our mobility car Grandland X (lovely car) from Wilsons Scunthorpe The car developed a squeek a few months ago so contacted dealership to have it looked at. On two occasions apparently nothing was found went in for some Ad blue and mentioned it again I don't think it was even checked. Went to them again as it was getting worse and there was something it was brake discs and pads how dangerous could this have been if I hadn't kept pushing for it to be looked at. Was it because I am a mobility customer however they get paid good money to take care of these vehicles I certainly won't be getting my next lease vehicle, which is due from Wilsons which is a shame as I loved the Grandland X.

Raggi presented the toyota chr as car of the week on face book loved the shape of the car so followed the valuation on the page for my Mokka received it and was happy had a phone call from Raggi the next day and he sent me a full video of the car I was happy to go for a test drive but work commitments meant I had to wait a week Raggi sorted everything for me from test drive to insurance and warrenty this is my third car from Vauxhall at scunthorpe and so happy with all departments Well done wilson and thankyou very much Raggi you was correct Automatic is the future love my new car

Had problem with oil pressure system, they replaced netbelt kit and told me my car was ready , drove car for 2 miles and my engine management light came on and service light and a message saying engine needs repair, took it back and still waiting 1 month later.
