Whenever I have tried calling to find out if my wife's vital cancer prescription is ready to collect for over 14 months regularly their phone number is not working & 3 I have only got their voicemail with its full inbox message! In this day & age its unacceptable NOT to have a simple phone line for customers to contact North Rd pharmacy! This needs to be addressed as they are the main Great Clacton dispensing chemist costing people precious time & money with unnecessary trips to travel there in person when a simple phone call would suffice. To make it worse the girl behind the counter that's the most recent addition to the staff is rude and unhelpful unlike the usual staff had been. Customers are Not happy and these issues need to be sorted out immediately.

Staff always so polite and very helpful. Have been using this pharmacy for over 4yrs and never had anything other than great service from them. I regularly have prescriptions from here and they're always spot on, never any issues. Even through the pandemic, the quality of the service never faltered. I hope to keep using their services for many more years to come.

Today Sunday 8 Jan 2023 I have been phoning the pharmacy since 10am. My call keep going to the voicemail which is full. The reason I am putting this review is because this is not the first time this happened. When I complained previously I was told it would be remedied. I am unable to go to the pharmacy and need to speak to them. Obviously not
