I needed some A3 printouts doing, and the colours came out so faint you could hardly see the lines on the drawing. I asked if they could print them darker, they did but they were still faint and I was charged for the extra prints. I also needed them laminating, the laminates used were very thin and were all buckled. When I questioned this was told that was normal, which I know is not. The owner's attitude was unpleasant and bad tempered, I've never used them since, I've found a much better place for printing.

Tony, the owner of this business is a life saver. My office is based out of India. I had ordered 500 flyers on Vistaprint for a conference in Leeds and they failed to deliver the package. The latest they could deliver was the next day after the conference ended. I called the business just when they were about to close (on a Saturday) when every other printing business was shut. Tony understood and was considerate about my situation. He took care of everything The printing was done under 15 minutes. He even arranged for the delivery of the package. From taking the order to payment delivery, everything was done under 90 mins. I recommend North Print very highly. Thanks a million Tony :)

Went to laminate my 6 year old's hand made posters of flags which was approximately A2 size. The person who attended us was very pleasant and patient. He let us trim the sheets to fit for an A2 lamination and laminated them straight away. We were happy with the lamination and also the quick service. We would definitely recommend this place.
