    Absolutely spot on when they want your business however their aftersale service is awful. Bought a bike in July 2022 which developed a problem with a fuel send unit which was identified within 3 hours of collecting the bike. Albeit an intermittent fault I sent an email to BMW within 3 hours of purchase which was ignored. Made several attempts by phone where call backs were not done when promised and to this point in time the problem still exists. I can still ride the bike and, as it is a secondary vehicle I haven't been chasing as much as I could/should and I believe that as the bike they sold me (Ducati Multistrada) was not a BMW they have ignored all my efforts to contact them. Love the bike in general. Would not buy from them again.

    Great at selling you a bike, but once you have a problem neither NoG or Motorrad are interested. Poor aftercare and warranty. Not what you'd expect. Go somewhere else or better still, don't buy a bmw bike as build quality is poor

    Unfortunately this is going to be my first negative review for a BMW Motorrad dealer. Having purchased a premium used motorcycle in what was a very good experience, I’ve been let down by their alleged ‘award winning’ after sales service. I had a fault on the bike within the second ride out on the bike (within 200 miles & around 80 was riding it home) but I’ve had no reply, no help apart from when I called last, I was told to claim on the warranty! In my mind, award winning or at least just basic customer service would have been to apologise and take the bike to be fixed or arrange for it to be fixed at my local dealer. Instead I’ve had to book it in at my local dealer, under the warranty claim only to be told that I may be charged for the ‘investigation’ and if the fault isn’t covered by the warranty, I’m going to have to pay for it to be fixed. Several weeks later I’ve still not even had a reply from North Oxford Motorrad. This is my 6th BMW from a main dealer and I’ve not had anything like this before. Feel completely let down by this.

    Absolutely top class and friendly service when it comes to servicing and parts. Had my bike brought under warranty due to a leak, managed to be booked in relatively quickly, got a courtesy bike for the entire day and issue was resolved within a day. Had some after sales parts ordered as well, they arrived within 2 days and got offered a ‘deal’ too. Just a pleasure to deal with :) Special shout-out to Ben, Alex and Greg for sorting me out!
