If I could rate 0 stars I would. After waiting for over 3 hrs to be seen I was sent away with the wrong antibiotics leading me to have excruciating pain. Thank god I went somewhere else.

I was experiencing chest pains aswell as breathing problems, so I reluctantly went to the hospital, as I don'tlike hospitals. The service was great, I was seen very quickly for everything that was needed to be done, great staff. Thank you

I'm writing this with serious agony. I hope this doesn't fall under all other reviews which have gone unnoticed, never resolved or taken any action. I had an abscess which was treated in the ESAC department of this hospital. Post this, I have been asked to come to this hospital, every 3 days, to get my dressing done. I'm unable to figure out why I'm asked to come here every time when it's beyond their capacity to change the dressing. The behavior which I keep receiving from the receptionist at A&E is atrocious. I'm sorry to say but people just lack etiquettes, and are never compassionate. The waiting time shown in the web doesn't align with the actual waiting time. It says, the current waiting time is 134 minutes, and I have been waiting for more than 200 minutes, now. I understand there can be other emergencies, but 3 hours is too long for someone to wait for a dressing which is awfully painful and of grave concern. The communication is dreadful. I'm afraid of the wound being septic. But the staff working is just casual about it, and doesn't care, as long as they are pretending to get their job done. I don't think so I'm demanding too much by expecting a little politeness and humanity. Also, I fail to understand the fact that I've been assigned a nurse/doctor almost 120 mins ago, but haven't been called by any. What a sick and toxic business it is of pretending to care and saving lives!

This Hospital is very grim and a horrible experience. dont matter what time u attend A&E quiet or busy there is no urgency at all from staff. whatever the problem you may have expect to be there for 8 hours + going through the slow uncaring system. and while u are spending a day here you treated to the most cheap squeaky uncomfortable seating. As hospitals go this place is a real dump

I experienced hearh attack and waited in emergency room for 2 hours. After 2 hours the doctor didn’t even look at my face. I don’t know are they bad doctors or just racists.

The worst emergency is ever known. I am pregnant, in insupportable pain and brown colour blooding. I have been here since 22:50 and am still waiting for a doctor. In three hours, just one doctor, from time to time, called a patient. Now it is 04:51 in the morning. I do not recommend this emergency point.
