I joined this karate club just over three years ago after a break from this art for over thirty years, I new it wasn’t going to be easy but with the guidance and support from the instructors I started to improve and gain my confidence back , at the north London Kyokushin karate 🥋 club there is a mutual respect and enthusiasm from young to old which is the basics of any martial art , and this is the place where you will always find it , the Instructors are professional and enthusiastic and will always try to get the very best out of every individual, that’s why this club changed my life a very big osu , and as we say in Kyokushin never give up, that’s in every thing you do 🙏✊🏻

I have been training here for the past 12 years and I have never been disappointed with the quality on training. The coaches are very communicative and supportive and they encourage individual growth, which allows everyone to see improvements regardless of age or past training experiences. They also try to bring out the very best in you and there have been many occasions where we formed a team and travelled nationally and internationally for competitions, championships and seminars. I would encourage everyone who is looking to join a karate club to join this one. You will certainly be presented by expertise, a welcoming atmosphere and a good workout!!
