I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the end result to my bathroom, finished to a very very high standard. The team were friendly and approachable and didn’t mind answering any questions or queries I had. They were professional, clean, tidy and very respectful to the rest of my property. Booked an appointment for a bathroom survey as we wanted to get our bathroom redone. Called a couple of days before to confirm the appointment. They said they will show up between 12-2pm on Thursday and they never did. Tried contacting them but could not get through. No call back either. We took the day off from work for this. Extremely unprofessional.

I phoned on a Friday evening as I had a leaking water valve. The person I spoke to was pleasant, said that they were very busy but they'd try to get to me the following day but possibly not before 9 pm. At 8.55 pm I phoned just to make sure someone was coming. The answerphone message said that they were very busy but would call me back within five minutes. As I'd heard nothing I tried again at 9.55 pm and again at 11.10 pm, really to see if I could go to bed. I stayed up until 3.35 am. No visit, no call back. Service: Plumbing leak repair
