William recently took our dog Cosmo on the board & Train programme. My partner & I are dog lovers through and through, we’ve both had dogs all our lives and we got our dog Cosmo during the lockdown, however, when we both went back to work it meant Cosmo would be at home 4/5 hours a day by himself; as stupidly as it sounds now we weren’t quite ready for how bad the separation anxiety would be, likewise, how under prepared we were, naturally, as we’ve both grown up with dogs we thought we would at least try tackle the issue - We failed miserably. Along came William, who after we posted an add was very swift & professional at responding to us, he came over and met Cosmo and reassured us that this issue could be resolved. He took our dog for a month & now he’s still the same lovely dog but with no constant howling and barking, he also figured out our dogs habits and worked to prevent anything else occurring, Williams likewise had time to train him in recall and re-enforced other good behaviours. He kept us posted with videos, photos & pupdates almost daily. Lastly, he left us with a personalised manual and 3 free training sessions to use at our own volition in the future & also said to contact us whenever about whatever. We couldn’t recommend William enough & so can our neighbours. Whatever it is I’m willing to put my house on it that William can find a healthy solution for your dog. Finally, I couldn’t believe how young William was when he told me because of how composed, knowledgeable & disciplined he is. My partner & I are both very grateful to William and are thrilled to see him doing so well with his business & show dog contests with his dog Poppy. It’s always nice to see good things happen to good people. Thanks William!
