When I phoned North London Cat FLap Fitters from the off they were helpful, understanding to my needs and very helpful. I employed them to fit a cat flap in my double glazed back door and Jon turned up the next day to take measurements and again very helpful and had a good knowledge of all aspects of fitting and put me at ease, 2 days later he returned and fitted a new double glazed unit, installed a Sure microchip cat flap and was in and out within 30 minuites. Just wanted to say a great company, great service, great price - recmmended 100%.

Very disappointing experience. I arranged a 7:30am appointment to have a cat flap fitted last Monday morning. The fitter had not arrived by 8:45am, nor attempted to get in touch to explain that they were running late or would not be coming. I attempted to get in touch with the company several times that day but each time it went straight to voicemail. The following day the officer manager returned my voicemail to apologise and said that it was out of character for the company to miss an appointment and explained that there had been something wrong with the telephone lines the previous day. I therefore decided to give them another chance, and arranged for another 7:30am appointment this Monday. Once again, the fitter failed to show up without attempting to get in touch. I had to chase them up for an explanation - but they were not even able to provide one. A huge waste of my time (and I still don’t have a cat flap!).
