I just been today with my mum for breast X-ray.The blonde lady that took the X-ray for mum was very rude with me by not allowing to came with her. Even when mum said that she don’t speak English.Mum came out from the appointment very nervous and disappointed by her attitude. I took time off from work to came with her for appointment but nothing was passed to me. My mum only says YES or NO even if she doesn’t understands. Very disappointing!!

Unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist. Ask us to wait outdown eventhough there were plently seats left. No apology for having to wait outside in the extreme heat, made me feel VERY uncomfortable in an embarrassing situation. Worst screening experience I've had.

The car park only takes payment by Cash and Contactless and I only had my Card and Pin with me. 2 ladies in the restaurant were so kind to help me, Tracy provided a means for me to obtain the cash to pay for my parking and walked me to my appointment and explained to the receptionist, as I was nearly 30 minutes late by this time. The team in Breast Screening made the experience really relaxing especially Monica who was calming and allowed me to squeeze the hell out of her hand with no complaints. A good experience all round 😀

Very difficult to book a breast screening appointment..going round and round in different links..and got nowhere...only showed only "wheel chair accessible" Breat screening appointment which is not applicable to me...very badly designed website....waste of time 30 mins for nothing..still have to call by phone

Borehamwood Morrisons Mobile Unit. The service was professional but uncaring. Not a word of explanation or apology for having to wait outside in the snow. No friendly chat to make me feel less uncomfortable in an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. Worst screening experience I've had.

I visited this unit last year 201& and was given the harrowingnews l had breast cancer😓 following this they had to do a procedure too remove some cells from my breast and it was very painful experience. Prior to that the so called trained radiologist lady was brutal and told me in no uncertain terms while scanning me that l had Breast Cancer in a insensitive manner which left me a broken woman.

Today was my first screening at this unit. My previous ones were done st another mobile unit. The staff were polite and helpful, in friendly surroundings. This procedure is nothing to be afraid of and is done very quickly. A very good, necessary service.
