*Update: In response to this company’s reply to my review, for anyone who thinks I am making this up, please go and read all the other 1 star reviews. There is a very clear pattern of poor engineering service and even more horrendous customer service being provided. Note how many people mention being hung up on. No doubt any 5 star reviews have been bought. My partner called after you swore at me and hung up on me. My partners review is based on his call with you, my review is based on my call with you. 2 entirely separate incidents. I would be happy to receive the recording of my phone call with you, where you 100% told me to f#%k off. Any offensive behaviour on my part was only in direct response to your own initial, abysmal behaviour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The review I left on their website has mysteriously disappeared. If I could rate zero, I would. Our job has been open for almost a month with ongoing appalling “customer service”. This morning when I called to query conflicting times for the engineers attendance, the “customer service” agent just cancelled the job without my request to do so, and when I called out the terrible “customer service” I was told to “f#%k off” and hung up on. Called me a c*nt on the phone - lovely people. Can’t even get their story straight in their reply - here is the text message received says 10am not 12 that was the issue that became our problem. Total scam!!!! I contacted this company to fix my dishwasher, their technician charged me £100 just to come out and confirm that there was indeed a problem with a specific part. To make matters worse, they advertised a cheaper price, but added VAT on top when the technician arrived. Despite the assurance that replacing the machine would not come with any additional cost (maybe that’s why they conveniently disappeared when I tried to follow up.) The staff was extremely rude and uninterested in ordering the necessary part. After two weeks of waiting, I had to call them to inquire about the repair status, only to be told that the part was on backorder and would take a month to arrive. Three weeks later, I followed up again, but the person I spoke to said they would check and never got back to me. Overall, this has been a complete waste of my time and money. This company is a TOTAL SCAM ——————————————————— After waiting for a response from this company and realizing that it was actually a scam, I contacted another company to repair my machine. They were very professional, scheduled the repair for three days later, and completed the job in just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any contact from this company as they’re saying, and they never said the piece wasn’t available, they said they had ordered it!! and I'm not the only one who has had this issue. I've noticed many similar comments from other customers. And and based on the rating it is clear this company isn’t trustworthy, and I'm writing this review to help others avoid the same mistake that I made. Service: Dishwasher repair

This company deserves 0 stars!!! I wish i never called this company!!! They come to my home to check my induction cooker last February. Charged me over £ 100 pounds to order parts and call out service. They persuade me to buy another cooker from them, i said no, as this one is still good, its only 4 years old and call them to repair, not for sales. Never seen or heard anyone again. Poor communication on the phone when I enquire what is going on they ignored me. I asked for refund, they asked to email someone, wich i never had an answer. Poor...very poor. I been robbed. At this moment I' still haven't no cooker repaired its been hard to have money for repair as £100 is a lot of money for us with a small family. Desapoited...avoid if you don't want to be robbed at day light, in your own home.!!!! Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Do not use this company - they came out to fix my oven fan and told me the issue was too small and the cost of replacing the fan wasn't worth it - 2 weeks later the whole thing stopped working! Their follow up has been extremely unprofessional. Not only was their visit a waste of £190 but cost me the damage that has now been done as a result of them not fixing it!
