I have never called for an appointment for my 8 year old son for receive one but i never get it. Even for an emergency appointment. In each case, they responded that there were no appointments available, and they referred me to a walk-in center or an ANE. I informed the receptionist that I checked my son symptoms and he wasnt well to wait another day to wait in an emergency room or walk in center for several hours. Very bad service and always they have shortages in sttaf .I ring 3 days in row for appointment and usually after waiting on phone when i was 20 in the que and 1h later he told me they dont have anymore appointments.I had enough from this poor and rude response...

I moved to this practice from a practice that couldn’t support me or my family. North Leeds Medical Practice is currently supporting our needs as a family and we have no complaints That said I do wonder why nobody seems to look into the low scores reviews as I think this is important as people are feeling let down something we have not experienced

It was one of the worst NHS Medical practice that me and Family have come across. We have now changed to Woodhouse medical practice, it's so far the best NHS Medical practice.

I have never called for an appointment and I did receive one, even for an emergency appointment. In each case, they responded that there were no appointments available, and they referred me to a walk-in center or an ANE. In spite of the fact that we pay all these taxes, when I need them sent me to a walk in center. I informed the receptionist that I checked my symptoms and believe I have an ear infection and I do not have the energy to wait in an emergency room or walk in center for several hours. Very bad service and always they have shortages in sttaf . I really now looking for another centre, I had enough from this poor and rude response.

Excellent. I was only on hold for a few minutes before speaking to a very pleasant receptionist. A telephone consult was arranged with Dr Lees who then saw me face to face and arranged a referral on the same day.

Three months ago you could get antibiotics over the phone as the GP surgery’s we’re not having face to face appointments. When you have a telephone appointment and ask for some antibiotics the reply was no sorry we need to see you even when I’m delivering in another city then the advise me to phone 111 when by that time I get the ring back I will be back in Leeds. 30 years ago proper GPS would read your records and notice you have a history or a certain infection and give you antibiotics and call you by your first name. This surgery is only responsive to the surgeries needs and not the patients needs and is definitely not well lead. My wife phone the other week and asked for some steroids for her chest as antibiotics do not work now she phone up again to aske for steroids to get her over this chest infection. Why don’t you listen for once to the patient s rather than going by the recommendations of the GP

WARNING not a disabled friendly place, i have repeatedly tried to type in my reg into the permit machine but get fined £100 a time due to my disability which makes this process really hard. there is no help, so a visit to this surgery by car will cost you a minimum of £100. what an awful way to treat sick people.
