Okaypool , but changing room so poor condition, never really been upgraded from the 80s and yes i went here in the 80s with my parents. shower room is very poor condition . No hot water in shower and not all shower worker. North Herts really need to sort it out . This was a excellent places to swim, please.north Herts Spend some money or you going to lose alot of customer

Well equipped venue with nice gym staff and personal trainers. A few of the negative aspects are that you need to sign into almost every cardio machine in the gym. Which massively slows things down or causes delays. They also have a ridiculous system where if you cancel a class within 2 hours of the class starting you get a strike. If you get 3 strikes you are then fined £4. This would make sense for booked out classes but even if the class has 15 places still available, if you have an issue come up last minute you are you still given a strike/fined. Otherwise it's a good place if you want to get a lot for your money's worth.
