Today I had 2 appointments for my kids to see the dentist. After 50 minutes of waiting, the dentist was unprofessional: he didn't spend more than 2 minutes to see my son and another 3 minutes to check my doughter. The dentist was very rude, and kept complaining about the NHS. If he is not happy with the NHS, maybe they should make the surgery private. Very bad experience, unprofessional. I will report them to NHS .

Terrible service, awful waiting time even after booking an appointment and very unprofessional. The dentist cancelled my appointment, which was a month after the booking date and then gave me another date after 1 month, effectively holding on to the deposit paid at the time of booking for a good 3 months. Very good for the business cashflow but awful from a customer's perspective. The dental service is below average and waiting times, even after booking an appointment, is close to an hour, depending on your luck. Very unprofessional how the dentist does not value customer's time. Will try to upsell a filing or something - very hard to trust a dentist who does that. If you are on free NHS dental treatment, the service is even worst as experienced by one of my family members - If you want better service you may be better off paying, even if you qualify for free NHS. You'd be lucky if you are seen for more than 15 mins if you qualify for free service.

5 minute check up where the dentist didn't bother to look at my teeth, went straight to a quick clean and didn't even use a mirror to look at my teeth first. Probably because he was running late.

When NHS services were unavailable (local dentist and 111 included) and I had a raging tooth abscess, north heath saw me the same day. On the day they provided me with antibiotics and painkillers, then a week later took the tooth out with no pain whatsoever, all for not much more than NHS money. I'm grateful for the speedy appointments and will return if I ever need emergency treatment

The service provided by dentist at this practice to NHS client is one of worst I have ever experienced. The dentist continously insisted me to consult hygienist for at least 3-4 session costing £80 per 30 minutes consultation. He even refused to remove dental plaques. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially the dentist whom I consulted.

Been for a check up today knowing I had a broken tooth at the back. All the dentist did was shave off the sharp edges then gave me a price list of private fillings which I made clear I didn’t want. I just wanted a normal Filling or for it to be removed. He kept saying that if I paid cash it would be cheaper. I was waiting over an hour for my appointment, the private customers all went first. And then when I complained I was suddenly next in line. Would get a better service in prison! Avoid at all costs.
