Staff are super helpful with all the public from my 6-year-old to myself. I wish there was more funding and support available to them to allow them to be able to offer more.

So unbelievably kind. I have only had a shower since moving to the area on 21/11/2023 at my local po,ice station so would have felt uncomfortable spending time in a public place before clean. I have been allowed to charge crucial electronic devices & learnt so much about the Chinese/British relationship in just one day of personal study. I was shown the basics of how to use a desktop computer & given hot water for my tea, (I have had no electricity in my Council Flat for a while now, long story). There is a really safe ambiance inside, everything is free to utilise, it was lovely being around children & adults of all ethnicities. Including native British of course. I will be a regular until I feel completely self sufficient in my Council Flat however will visit often as love libraries.

This is a useful, small library, that has some now up to date computers for going online. Printing can be a problem as the machine is often broken. It can be a bit noisy during the day as groups of children sing nursery rhymes or a reader goes through a book. Some support is provided for Job Hunting online and the staff are helpful in getting people to use the computers. Sometimes they have the latest books and national or local newspapers, DVD's and audio books. With a notice board on holidays and community events.
