Donna and NEWP were invaluable on our wedding day. We used the on-the-day coordination service but they were helpful throughout the full process of planning our wedding, with multiple catch-up calls which were easy to schedule, and many helpful emails, suggestions and resources. We also had some great site visits to our rural venue, which were essential to making sure the day was a success. On the day (and in the weeks before), every tiny thing was handled perfectly from start to finish, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day. Nothing was out of the question; they understood what we wanted and made it happen. They were professional throughout and we had no doubt that everything was under control from start to finish. We couldn’t have had our dream wedding without Donna and the team.

Donna at NEWP was fantastic from the start of our wedding planning journey. We opted for the on the day wedding coordination which was just what we needed for our wedding reception at a WI village hall. We had several online chats with Donna who was always really helpful and put us at ease to reassure us that our planning was going well. Her general wedding knowledge and info on suppliers was really invaluable and made our planning so much easier. A few weeks before our wedding Donna went through every aspect of our day with us to make sure everything was covered. She contacted our suppliers to make the necessary arrangements for the day itself so we didn’t have to. Everything was absolutely perfect on the day itself and ran like clockwork- we couldn’t have asked for more! We highly recommend NEWP for an extremely professional, friendly and approachable service!

I could not recommend Donna enough, she was the absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We were one of the many many unlucky couples to have to postpone and rearrange due to Covid, but I can honestly say it couldn't have been simpler with Donna. All of the suppliers know and trust her, so in moving dates there were no requests for more deposits, cancellations, or issues. I spoke with her often over the course of two years, and it really felt like she became a member of my family over that time. On the day everything was taken care of behind the scenes, I had absolutely no worries about anything going wrong and her and her team not being able to handle it. It was also lovely to be able to share the day with her after talking for so long about it! I would recommend Donna and her team to anyone planning a wedding thats a little bit different, without hesitation. Thank you Donna!

We honestly can’t thank Donna enough. It is not actually possibly to describe what an absolute LEGEND she is! There is no way that our day, and of course entire run up, would have been the same if it wasn’t for her and her attention to detail planning skills that are second to none! From liaising with every supplier, dealing with difficult suppliers(!), dealing with errors, styling, last minute changes, personal requirements, communicating with me(!), - there is just no way the day would have been so enjoyable and ran so smoothly. Donna has the aura which somehow makes you feel totally calm. It is truly a skill and a talent that means there is absolutely zero to worry about when Donna is in control. I wouldn’t dream of having any sort of party without Donna’s involvement. Any idea you have - Donna makes it possible! Thank you thank you thank you

Donna, Thank you thank you thank you for everything you did for our wedding day. We can’t put into words how valuable Donnas insight and guidance was throughout, not only on the day itself but most especially in those last few stressful weeks of planning. Trying to organise a wedding 400 miles away + covid was a lot more anxiety-inducing than we expected but we are SO glad we found Donna to help! I can still remember the feeling of the weight being lifted from my shoulders after we met at the venue and walked through the space with Donna. Her attention to detail and vision are a real gift. We knew we had struck gold when on the day Donna preempted the needs of a number of our guests who had various requirements to ensure that they - and we - were able to enjoy every moment free from worry. Our day simply wouldn’t have been possible without Donna there to ensure that the day ran so smoothly, and to reassure us that everything was in hand. After a dire couple of years, we were so in need of a proper party with our loved ones and we truly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day – Donna even got the sun to come out!
