Really efficient service. Collected two machines from my home (I am within 3 miles of the business) at about 4pm one day, and dropped them back at 10.15 the next morning. Even managed to get a machine I had been given free working, so I can now use it in sewing workshops (Blissful Remakes). Would highly recommend.

Graeme is the ultimate professional. I left a message which he answered promptly. We arranged for the required repair and service for the following morning, and in just over an hour after I’d dropped off my sewing machine it was ready to collect and working smoothly and efficiently. Not only did he do a brilliant repair and full service, he took time to give good advice on the maintenance of the machine and useful tips on using it more efficiently. I messaged Graeme about my overlocker which was playing up, he messaged back straight away and offered to look at it the next day! I dropped my machine and it was ready 45 mins later, all issues fixed and fully serviced. Graeme is really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he had serviced on the machine. It now runs like a dream! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- money well spent

Superb service and very friendly and helpful. I texted Graeme over the Christmas/New Year break asking when he might be able to fit two machines in for a service. Texted around 12 noon and by 4pm both machines were fully serviced, having been picked up and returned to my house!
