The knowledge and expertise discussed, shown and delivered was second to none, simply outstanding. To say going the extra mile would be an understatement. If you want the job done right, N.E.S.S are the ones to chose. Big thanks to Luke for such valuable input throughout the long project and advice during and after completion to create the best solution and especially for safety precautions of the solution. Completed works included two electronic gates, Pedestrian and Vehicle, remotely monitored by intercoms with cams as well as card/code access. Auto exit gate and time locks to prevent vehiclegate being triggered during high volume footfall for pedestrian safety. Highly recommended!

We are delighted with our beautiful electric gates, made from a low maintenance and sturdy composite material. They look amazing and we have had so many positive comments about them from family, friends and passers-by! We have received wonderful service from Luke and his team at NESS. We were told about the company by friends who had electric gates installed by them and were very happy with the product and service given. From the very first time Luke came out to chat about our requirements, he couldn't have been any more helpful. It was new territory to us and he patiently guided us through the electronic keypad system and how the gates work. Always so friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. After lots of research, we emailed Luke photos of the design we would like and that's exactly what we got! You can tell Luke loves his job and is really proud of NESS. It has been a pleasure to deal with this very professional company and we would highly recommend them.

She today received notice that they are threatening to take her to court over this. I called them to try to resolve the matter and spoke to a belligerent woman who refused to understand why an itemised bill was required. When I explained that the cost of parts plus labour totalled over £100 under what was demanded she said there was travel costs, overnight delivery costs and other costs. I explained that this is why an itemised bill was required as, if these costs had been detailed, my mother might have agreed and paid in full but her repeated reply was “we’re very busy” and therefore did not have time to write a proper bill. Apparently this company is too busy to send an itemised bill (approx 10 mins work) to a vulnerable elderly customer who just wants to understand what she is paying for but NOT too busy to go through a complicated legal action. I have said that my mother will be happy to go to court and I have advised her to charge them for any costs involved plus distress caused by this malicious litigation. I would advise anyone to avoid a company that appears to prey on elderly customers, refusing to detail costs they claim are incurred and thus presenting what appear to be hugely inflated bills and try to enforce this with threats of legal action.
