It really saddens me to write this, a lovely gentleman picked my car up after an unfortunate incident I had with my Touareg, it’s now been 7 weeks since the incident and I still don’t have my vehicle back, Communication has been lacking, I did get a call a couple of weeks ago saying it would be ready by the end of that week…. Now I feel like I’m being fobbed off… I rang again a few days ago to be told I would get a call back re when my vehicle would be completed… that did not happen. I feel it would have been quicker too send it to Germany to get it repaired. I live in hope that it will return this week. Iv been nothing but nice regarding this matter but feel I’m being brushed off. If they couldn’t have done this work I would rather have been told. From giving me a quote ,through my insurance, I had to use them ,they gave me an appointment for repairs a full 3 months later. Roll on appointment,they collected car but no hire/courtesy car available. Have had car 6 days now and not started repairs Waste of space
