Adam came out to my flat to investigate a leak from my immersion heater. He very quickly identified the problem and was able to resolve it for me straight away. I had had previous individuals tell me how big a job it was but Adam explained clearly what the issue was and got me sorted in a very short period of time. Very happy with the service I received. My boiler broke down and Adam was able to attend within a couple of hours. I left him to it and after a short while he had worked out the problem. Boiler works again and didn’t cost anywhere near as much as I was expecting! Would use North Downs Gas again.
