I am editing from 1 star to 5 stars. When family passed away, North Chelmsford NHS were caring, kind and sensitive to my needs. We have had differences in the past, but I am grateful to this service. Best wishes, Mr. Evans

Useless. Offered telephone appointment for 1.5 yo heavy breathing son. Your national insurence goes to a drain in this country.

The most worse of all GP surgeries I terms of busy body and incompetent reception staff. All have an attitude problem and just don’t care. I would sack them all. You can never get through to anyone and they just lie and talk a lot of rubbish. Appointment no one will pick up but you can only call them from 8-9 am. Want a prescription, forget it. Want to see a GP in person forget it. What a repeat prescription, forget it Want a private referral, that’s £70 as a fee. What a scam. Half the doctors can’t speak English properly with strong Indian accents. I can’t wait for the new GP surgery in Beaulieu to open as this surgery will close down as all patients will leave in droves. God willing. RIP North Chelmsford Health Centre what an absolute joke.

Shocking service from this surgery, even when you finally receive an appointment you are made to wait 30mins, 60mins after the time give. Always fobbed off with excuses as to why they are late.. Promised call backs often do not occur requiring a further call and wait for another appointment. Shameful excuse for a surgery, the NHS need to take this in hand and replace management and start providing a good service to its patients. Also they have been complaint about their phone system a year on still has wiring limits and often cuts people off, 2022 how difficult is it to implement a decent phone system.

The GP surgery is pathetic. They wouldn't see my daughter even though 111 spoke with her and sent a report to the GP, which said she HAD to be seen by 3.00am tomorrow morning. Their invaluable advice was to phone at 8am tomorrow to get an appointment. This is ridiculous as it's hit and miss as to whether she could get an appointment and even if she could, it's too late. It is an unbelievable, scary situation to be in as they can IGNORE 111, who happen to be as qualified as they are. Now she has to phone 111 after the surgery is closed to get to see their duty doctor. So another late night appointment at the hospital. The surgeries know they can say no and the hospital staff have to see everyone as there is nowhere left for them to palm people off to. What exactly are GPs being paid ridiculous amounts of money for??
