When I have needed this surgery they have been great! Even with the issues facing the NHS as a whole when I've been in need they have been there. This week I did an e-consult with the advise to phone for an appointment, rang first thing this morning, waited only 4 minutes to get through and had an appointment for this morning. The nurse I saw was lovely, listened to my concerns gave me advise to help with an ongoing condition and sorted me with a prescription. Couldn't fault anyone in the times I've needed their help. Thanks!

I have now given up hope of getting any viable health care. I just wish to update this review as of Jan 2023. The marked improvement in service is to be commended, the openess to patient feedback is excellent and the upward path is very much welcomed

This surgery provides a very poor service. They never answer their phones and it is impossible to make an appointment. The walk in service at Southampton hospital provides a better service and is sometimes (not always) available. North baddesley surgery needs to replaced with GPs who can actually see their patients face to face. Update Dec 2022; message now from surgery now states it is almost impossible to even see them if waiting at reception. All this and doctors are want to shorten their working hours to 9-5. Unbelievable. If they didn’t have a monopoly into the NHS they would be redundant.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Come in this morning as no1 answers the phones, she told me no appointments I said to her the 111 line have made me a appointment she didn't want to know got rid of me quick as anything then I get a phone call saying I did have a appointment in the morning and I missed it because she didn't tell me! I've now moved surveys and advise everyone else to do the same

Really appreciate the same day policy for booking appointments- I have managed to get an appointment no problem twice over the past two months which is amazing peace of mind. I also saw Dr. Niha who was absolutely lovely and immediately referred me for a concerning possible melanoma.

Absolutely useless. Constantly being given the run around through their own mistakes and never even a simple apology as they simply don’t care. Had an ill one year old which I was then given the completely wrong prescription AND dosage for. Luckily only through the pharmacist noticing TWICE on two separate trips that it was changed. Completely incompetent. Oh and don’t bother trying to call them to sort as they don’t like answering the phone.

Incredibly poor. It used to be a great surgery but I wouldn’t recommend it any more. It is nigh on impossible to get through to the surgery so they fail at the first and most basic hurdle. They also seem to have stopped booking appointments in any useful way, you can only book appointments on the day which, considering it’s impossible to get through to reception, is a waste of everyone’s time. I’d recommend they reevaluate the fundamentals of the service they provide.
