I could not recommend Donna more highly. She is both a genius at bathroom design and an experienced, customer-focused professional. The work she did for me was a hard project - the spec was ambitious and the bathroom space very small, so I knew I was asking a lot. It was hard to believe that she would be able to do everything I wanted and also make it look truly beautiful. In fact I was completely wrong and it has turned out far better than I would have believed possible. The bathroom is not only a masterpiece but fits my spec perfectly - she has managed to make everything work brilliantly and created abundant storage, whilst making the room look more spacious than I would have thought possible. She also brought a highly professional approach to the fitting and worked hard to resolve the inevitable issues, showing genuine care that it should turn out well for me. It is a joy to be in this bathroom and everyone who has seen it has admired it hugely and been envious.

I got about 10 quotes before settling on North Arch Bathrooms (then Virtual Bathrooms) and I just got a really good feeling from Donna and the team. I got the sense that they really knew what they were doing, and I was not disappointed. We were out of town while they worked on our bathroom so my anxiety was a bit high (I am a control freak), but Drew made us feel super comfortable and gave us plenty of updates along the way. They even suggested some killer lighting features that make us feel like we have a fancy hotel bathroom. We're really happy with the quality of the finished product. I honestly wish I had 7 more bathrooms in the house so North Arch could redo them all.
