Placed an order for a black waste bin for human waste and have been waiting 7 weeks for delivery. Call Havant BC they couldn't get through for me. Norse switchboard system wouldn't put me through to any of their departments it just carried on giving you the options & today when I called it just referred me back to Havant BC. Not just very poor service it was none existence!!!!
