    I'd rather give 0 stars but that's not an option. Used once won't be going back. Our dog wasn't even there for 48hrs yet we had to pay for 3 nights accommodation. On booking they took a deposit and we were told the only additional cost would then be the insurance. On picking him up they then charged an additional day as we didn't pick him up before 10am, which wasn't explained to us on booking. Anyway, as said he was only there 2 nights (46 hrs) so to charge us for 72 is ridiculous especially as we even took his own food, bedding and toys! The place is unkempt, reception dirty and the staff lack any customer service skills. Avoid at all costs.
