    Booked dinner, regretted it. Took my friend to celebrate an occasion and they didn’t even have hot food except chip butty and Toasties which is not the range you see on Instagram. Just seen they’re looking for a chef so clearly that was the reason. Don’t do call-outs for reservations for dinner if you can’t cook any hot food. Had to eat ham with bare hands as had no fork. Asked the waiter a polite question and got a snarky response - as per some other reviews. Over inflated egos from a big insta clearly. All comments disabled on the acc which says a lot. Feel duped tbh.

    I find it weird waiting in a queue for close to 40 minutes with no communication from staf abouy how long I might be waiting for. Wirder still that there seemed to be a couple of empty tables for the whole time. I've been recommended Normans by friends but won't be trying again as the staff today seemed to have no care about the queue of people outside
