Very pleased with summerhouse. Installers went above and beyond dealing with restricted access and my nuisance neighbour! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I bought a Woodland 9' x 6' Workshop/Shed, it came pre-treated at a very competitive price, beautifully made and professionally installed. Both service and communication were excellent and I'm very happy with the service and delivery provided by Norfolk Sheds Ltd.

Recommended to me by another mate and wasn't disappointed. Did me a custom 8*5 pent roof shed, excellent value for money (about 30% less thananother company local to me in Herts) and the end to end process of ordering to delivery was only 2 and bit weeks. I did the painting and setup myself which was perfectly fine between my wife and I, the instructions were all there and plenty of spare nails etc. Very happy.

I placed my order with Norfolk Sheds for a log cabin at the end of April. The estimated delivery date was mid August at the time. At the beginning of July, after hearing nothing from them since the initial order and agreements were signed, I sent an email asking some questions and generally trying to touch base. It was at that point that I was informed that they never put my order through to the manufacturer, Shire Garden Buildings. This meant that my delivery was pushed back from mid August to late October, and the painting and preparation would have to be done in the cold, damp autumn months. Lucy, the contact point that I dealt with the entire time, completely lacks customer service skills and has no empathy. When October finally came and my log cabin was built, it was shortly there after that we noticed it was leaking from the windows, walls, and corners. We hadn’t even had a chance to paint it yet, but that’s what they advised us to do, so we got the cabin as dry as we could and got the inside and outside painted. At that point, the windows were still leaking considerably, so they sent workers out in December to put more seal around the windows. This helped, but did not fully alleviate the problem. By April, six months into owning it, we have noticed the individual log pieces separating and the door has warped to the point that it doesn’t even meet the seal at the base of the doorframe. I recently contacted Norfolk Sheds about this, and I was not surprised to receive total silence in response. In conclusion, customer service was poor, delivery time was poor, and build quality is poor. I should have put the £5000 towards a proper garden building with a more reputable company, but it’s a lesson learned. Edited to add: now one of the windows won’t shut because the wood has warped that much. Very poor quality.

We just wanted to thank you for the workshop that you delivered for us yesterday. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none and the guys who delivered and installed it were exemplary! Their attention to detail, their professionalism and their attitude was a real credit to your company as are the work force who produced it. A truly great product at a competitive price and of a quality you could pay a lot more for from other big name brands. Thank you for all your hard work and for giving us the product and service we could have only dreamt of!

18 x 12' Mammoth. May 2022: superb service from Norfolk Sheds. Ordering was easy. Company installed shed base and the shed/workshop all in one day, with three very friendly, efficient and hard working installers working until 8pm to get the job finished. Quality of the building and the service from the company is the highest quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Sheds.

When I first spoke with Norfolk Sheds, they seemed very professional and helpful, so put an order in for a 12' x 10' Bison workshop shed. However, it was when the shed was delivered the problems started to arise... The delivery drivers took no care of the shed as they were unloading it. I had to tell them to stop dropping the panels for the last foot as they lifted them off the truck. They were also very abrupt and told me I had to pay the remaining 50% now or they wouldn't leave. I was NEVER told this and had to make a payment over the phone with the delivery drivers watching. When we then went to assemble the shed we could really see how little care had been taken in the construction... Exterior cladding totally misaligned Burred nails sticking out of exterior cladding Cladding nails uneven, off centre & misaligned Stops on the gable for the roof panels different distances apart Centre truss supports cut to different lengths Key hole misaligned, key wouldn't pass through Window frame heavily damaged from nail gun Regular glass delivered instead of toughened glass option, which cost £60 extra When I got in contact with Norfolk Sheds to discuss the issues, I had a very different response from when I placed the order... They told me they didn't see any major issues, and were likely caused by the movable nature of wood and my base not being level (which was level within 1.6mm)! After a lot of emails, they offered £145 compensation with no replacement parts as I could 'easily rectify them'. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

They turned up to fit the building on a Sunday so i was quite shocked, they where polish and i couldn't understand a word they where saying, so straight away there was a language barrier, one hour into the build and one of them buggered off for at least half of the day, they built the cabin until it got dark but couldn't put the garage doors on as a part was missing, one guy came back a week later and fitted the garage doors, they looked shaky straight away but because of the language barrier it was hopeless arguing, it's not even been a year since they built my log cabin and already it's cost be over a grand in repairs, first of all they pulled up levelling grids which has put the building about 3mm unlevel, to be fair this is hardly noticeable, what is noticeable is there's more knots inside than a fisherman's net, now i don't claim to be an expert but if you go to a manufacture of these buildings you will find a corner where they keep all the cast off wood which basically isn't good enough and it all looks like what they have used on my building and still charged me full price, the problem with so many knots is as the weather changes they drop out leaving big holes so you then have to glue them back in to stop rain getting in. also the garage doors used aren't fitted correctly and have dropped so i had to use wedges to keep them closed so i could lock them, i no longer use these doors as im scared to open them. i have given up contacting them as all they ask you is have you treated the building, yes i have. so if i was you i would head my warning and go some where with a good reputation and spend the extra £1000 for piece of mind i put the photo of the wood preserver in as they didn't believe i'd treated it, but as you can see from the tin it says CLEAR Customer service is disgusting. All I wanted was my garrage doors on my log cabin fixing, as they where poorly fitted. I rang them to be greeted by a very rude lady, who told me bluntly that they where ignoring my emails because I called there fitters unprofessional. I have now started my complaints procedure with trading standards. My advice would be to stay away,it's not worth the headache

Shed came on time very easy to put together only complaint would be the door was slightly warped on arrival and very hard to shut and open, also the edges of planks are very rough/splitting as seen in picture other than that the shed is very good quality and certainly strong
